If you are located overseas and want to make sure that your apartment is in safe hands, this service is just for you! We will be checking and making sure that everything is just fine by visiting the apartment twice a month and providing you with a feedback.

Key Holder Service:
Annual fee of 250 euros
Includes:
– Visiting the apartment twice a month
– Pick up from the airport transfer 2 times/year
– Housekeeping services by getting the apartment fully cleaned before your arrival with prior booking (with an extra fee)
